Appointments

We are by appointment only. We ask that you be on-time. If you are late, please let us know by email or call 877-905-2673. 

Returns Policy

Please contact us if you have issues with any item that you have purchased from us. Auctions of consignment firearms are "AS-IS" with no return. 

Shipping

We only ship to the United States. Note that some products cannot be shipped to areas with restrictions. If you order an item that is restricted in your area, your order will be cancelled and your payment refunded.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Shipments from Private Parties

EBR Works will accept firearms shipments from private sellers. You must contact us to discuss the firearm that is being shipped to us. The seller must provide us a legible copy of their driver's license or state ID card with current home address via email before they ship the firearm to us. The firearm must be shipped with insurance and signature required. 

Bringing Firearms To Our Location For Transfer

Any firearms brought to our location for transfer must be unloaded and in a case or container. 

Special Order Policy

All custom/special orders must be paid in full in advance. If you are ordering a firearm that we usually stock or can easily sell, a $500 deposit is required.

Cancellation Of Orders

Cancellation of a purchase of more than $250 will incur a fee of 3.5% of the total amount if paid by credit card. This will be deducted from your refund. No exceptions. 

Storage Fees:

$10 per day, per firearm will be assessed for firearms left with us for over 60 days without prior arrangement.  Firearms left over 60 days will be considered abandoned property and will be sold for storage fees.
